An AI-driven vision layer adapts to varied packing lists and product configurations without reprogramming between changeovers, while integrated vision systems verify each product in real time for automated quality control at every step.

Since going live in its Dallas warehouse in January 2026, the system has packed over 20,000 boxes at 99.5% accuracy per robotic cell (97.16% average end-of-line accuracy across cells), with pick speeds as fast as 3 seconds — all without adding headcount or dedicated operators. Robots handle repetitive precision tasks while human operators manage workflows, exceptions, and continuous optimization.
